If the Four Seasons at Peninsula Papagayo in Costa Rica isn’t on your calendar anytime soon, you can recreate one of its small luxuries wherever you kick back or call in sick from.

 

Called a Posh Mojito, this pink and green delight goes something like this:

 

Mull together crushed mint and 1 oz. Havana Club Rum using a sugar cane stalk, or any easier to come by mulling tool. Add simple syrup and sour mix. Put ice cubes in glass. Top off with rose champagne.
