I enjoy booze, all kinds (responsibly of course). That’s why I’m here right now writing for DIA. I’m an expert.
I’m also open to new things. But alcohol infused whipped cream? Am I the only one who’s grossed out by this? It just seems wrong. Maybe it’s because it’s a fermented substance mixed with a dairy product. But what about Bailey’s? Bailey’s is cool by me. And that’s sort of the same thing, right? I don’t know, maybe I’m a purist. Maybe there just seems something so unnatural about boozed whipped cream.
I don’t know, I can’t seem to really substantiate my claim right now. What say you? Am I way off? Maybe I shouldn’t knock it till I try it. You tell me.

Ps. Here’s two brands that I’ve found. Whipped Lightning and Cream.
Totally agree with you on the fermented substance/dairy product thing, because it does seem odd. But maybe it’s a good way to add flavor to a cocktail without breaking the bank? If the alcohol infused whipped cream is less expensive than a bottle of flavored vodka that I would barely use (like vanilla or chocolate), I’d consider using the whipped cream over the liquid. It can probably “dress up” a cocktail a little bit and make it festive during this time of year. I haven’t tried this boozey whipped cream yet, but writing this comment makes me want to try it. I’ll keep you posted when I do!
I havn’t tried it, but my kids seem to love it.
