Hob-nobbing in Newport is always a good time. But on April 28th, there’s a new reason to make your way to the City by the Sea: the first annual Newport Craft Beer Festival.
The Boston Herald reports that “Some 30 New England breweries will congregate to show off their craft beer at the first annual Newport Craft Beer Festival on Saturday, April 28, from 2 to 6 p.m., on the lawn of the Great Friends Meeting House.
“Sponsored by the Pour Judgement Bar & Grill and the Newport Storm Brewery, brewers from as far as California and as close as Newport are participating.
“The festival is for those ages 21 and over. Tickets are $45 and are available at the gear store of www.NewportStorm.com. Tickets include admission, beer samples and a souvenir glass.
