While Shirley Temples were cool when we were kids, any bartender would laugh at you ordering one now (and why would you? there’s no alcohol in those). Next time you’re out, try a Dirty Shirley.
The Dirty Shirley is an adult version of a Shirley Temple. It has the same delicious taste of grenadine over ginger ale, but with a little kick:
- 1.5 oz cherry vodka
- 5 oz ginger ale
- 1 dash Grenadine syrup
Serve over ice and enjoy. Just don’t forget the Maraschino cherries.
