How the Italians have kept the Aperol Spritz hidden from us for so long, we don’t know. But with our determination to uncover anything and everything alcoholic (and delicious), we bring to you the MOST refreshing drink for summer.
Traditionally, this drink was made with Campari and Olives, but the more modern adaptation includes Aperol and Oranges. For those of you who enjoy light, fruity cocktails, you’ll definitely prefer it this way:
- 3 parts Prosecco
- 2 parts Aperol
- 1 part club soda
- 1 orange slice
- Ice
