Vermont Ice Apple Crème Liqueur is the newest contribution to the booze world straight from the Vermont based (hence the name) Boyden Valley Winery. This award-winning liqueur mixes apple brandy, cream and iced cider and it sounds delicious. Perfect for cocktails, over ice or added to any of your favorite hot beverages you can basically drink it any way you want. We hear a maple flavor is coming soon, so sign us up.
The latest release from DuClaw Brewing Company distinctively titled Sweet Baby Jesus Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter will be available on December 12th and with a name like that we couldn’t miss it. The sweet flavors of chocolate, coffee and peanut butter give this dark malt a creamy taste. This is probably not a beer you want to drink with your dinner but that doesn’t mean it won’t be great with dessert.

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar collaborates with different wineries each year to create new limited-edition wines for their Forty-Six Diamond wine label. Their latest teammates are from Napa Valley’s Hall Winery and together they are bringing us their 2009 Forty-Six Diamonds Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that is now available in all of Fleming’s 64 restaurants. Based on prior successes Fleming’s knows not to mess with a good thing and we approve.

Organic beer is not new, but Logsdon Farmhouse Ales and Bison Organic Beer have teamed up to create the very first 100% organic collaboration beer titled Cocoa Bretta. Made with organic malts and Peruvian cocoa this winter malt is on the top of our list. After all, we have been known to express our love of beer and chocolate a few times before.
