Bellinis. They’re delicious, they’re fruity and they’re insanely easy to make. First invented at Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy, a classic Bellini is served with white peach puree and Prosecco. No fuss, no frills, just straight up bubbly and fruit.
Did we mention they’re perfect for entertaining too? Nothing gets a party going like a Bellini bar and we’re all about them this season. Here’s what you’ll need to create your own DIY Bellini bar for any occasion.
- Fruit puree (best recipe)
- Prosecco
- Champagne flutes
- Fresh fruit
We suggest making the fruit puree the day before so that it reaches its ultimate goodness. Our favorites to serve include peach, blackberry, mango, strawberry and raspberry but you can really experiment with any fruit you want. When it comes time to serve, fill your flute with two to four tablespoons of puree and then top it off with Prosecco. Garnish with a little fresh fruit and sip away. You won’t be able to stop.
